How the service works

ReelSave does not host, index, or permanently store any media. It streams publicly accessible media from its origin to the person who requested it, and only for content that is not protected by technical access controls. Users are responsible for having permission to download the content they request.

Submitting a takedown request

Rights holders may submit a request through the contact page. Please include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• The exact Instagram URL or shortcode involved.
• Your contact information.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

Our response

Valid requests are actioned promptly. We can block specific shortcodes or accounts from being processed by the service. Users who repeatedly request content they have no right to download may be blocked.
