ReelSave is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

What we collect

• The public Instagram URL you submit, held in memory for the duration of the request.
• A salted, irreversible hash of your IP address, used only for rate limiting. We do not store the raw IP address.

What we never collect

• Instagram usernames, passwords, cookies, or session tokens. We never ask you to log in.
• Accounts, profiles, or advertising identifiers.

Media handling

Video data is streamed from the source through our server to your device. Media is processed temporarily and is not permanently stored on our servers. Download links are signed and expire within 10 minutes.

Restricted content

Private accounts, stories, highlights, livestreams, and login-restricted posts are not supported and are never accessed.

Logs

Operational error logs may record an error code and timestamp. We do not log full signed media URLs or download tokens.
